Refund Policy

1. Credit Packs

GuruTrans sells one-time translation credit packs. An account-metered AI translation uses your daily free allowance first and then one credit from a paid pack. Some public tools run without an account or credit meter and do not use a paid pack.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for a paid pack only when the pack has been used for fewer than 2 paid translations.

If 2 or more paid translations have been used from the purchased pack, that purchase is not eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Usage

• Used daily free translations are not refundable.
• Paid packs with 2 or more paid translations used are not refundable.
• Refunds are not available for misuse, abuse, duplicate account behavior, or violations of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@gurutrans.app with the email address used for purchase, your Stripe checkout receipt, and the reason for the refund request. We may verify account usage before approving any refund.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
